Information on shipping & delivery
- The Natural Gem delivers worldwide. We do not deliver to parcel stations.
- Shipping costs apply up to a goods value of 25,000 Euro. Within the European Union, the flat-rate shipping fee is 45 Euro; outside the European Union, it is 75 Euro. For orders with a goods value exceeding 25,000 Euro, The Natural Gem will cover the shipping costs for your order.
- Insured delivery is carried out by TNT / FedEx. Insurance cover is based on the value of the order.
- If not otherwise arranged, shipping of the stone(s) and the relevant certificates occurs within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment.
- Delivery times within Austria are usually from 2-4 working days, within the EU from 3-5 working days.
You have the legal right to cancel you order as explained in the Terms and Conditions. Based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your order without providing any reasons within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods. This right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.
