ORIGIN & CERTIFICATION
Full transparency. From the mine to you.
Anyone who buys a gemstone also buys a story. Where it comes from, how it was mined, and whether it has been treated – all of this determines its long-term value. At The Natural Gem, we guarantee ethically responsible mining and trading as well as the authenticity and quality of the gemstones.
We exclusively offer stones that have been fairly sourced and do not come from conflict regions. For every gemstone, you receive independent proof of origin and quality, creating transparency and supporting long-term value retention.
The purchase price always includes external independent certificates and expert reports by court-certified appraisers. From a gemstone value of approx. €30,000, a Swiss certificate is included in the purchase price. Additional certifications, subject to a fee, can be commissioned at any time upon request.
For even greater security, we also offer gemstone sealing including authenticity verification, as well as recertifications.

Safely delivered to you: We ensure smooth processing
A valuable investment deserves a smooth process. That is why we make the entire purchasing process as simple and secure as possible for you. Shipping is insured as standard, and delivery is made discreetly to your desired location. If required, or for orders of €50,000 or more, we also organize personal delivery.
Transparent conditions apply for insured delivery:
- Shipping costs within the EU up to €25,000: €45 incl. taxes
- Shipping costs outside the EU up to €25,000: €75 incl. taxes
- Free shipping from €25,000
For international customers and exports from the EU, we can also handle customs clearance upon request, including all necessary documents and formalities. The flat fee for this is €180 incl. taxes.

STORAGE, SECURITY & INSURANCE
Securely stored, wherever you prefer.
Our service does not end with the purchase. We also take care of everything that comes afterwards: from storage and suitable security and insurance solutions to potential resale.
You can store your gemstones directly with us. Insured storage at The Natural Gem costs 1% of the storage value per year, plus taxes, and gives you the peace of mind that your investment is safely kept in a high-security storage facility.
Upon request, we organize access to bonded warehouses and support you in selecting suitable safe and security solutions. The Natural Gem is also happy to connect you with renowned insurance companies that provide both safe insurance and wearing insurance for jewelry.
