  1. The Natural Gem delivers worldwide. We do not deliver to parcel stations.<\/li>\n
  2. Shipping costs apply up to a goods value of 25,000 Euro. Within the European Union, the flat-rate shipping fee is 45 Euro; outside the European Union, it is 75 Euro. For orders with a goods value exceeding 25,000 Euro, The Natural Gem will cover the shipping costs for your order.<\/li>\n
  3. Insured delivery is carried out by TNT \/ FedEx. Insurance cover is based on the value of the order.<\/li>\n
  4. If not otherwise arranged, shipping of the stone(s) and the relevant certificates occurs within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment.<\/li>\n
  5. Delivery times within Austria are usually from 2-4 working days, within the EU from 3-5 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
